Storage and transport at 3 temperatures
The storage temperature varies depending on the product to be preserved. It is important to always control the thermic conditions inside the cold chamber to keep the product in optimum quality.
Freezing
These cold chambers can reach up to -20 ºC. Therefore, they are used for deep-frozen products such as frozen fish, frozen meat, ice creams, etc.
Refrigeration
This kind of cold chamber always keeps a controlled temperature if it is a fresh product. For example, it is perfect to storage meat, fruit, vegetables, etc.
Mixed Temperature
This system offers two simultaneous storage temperatures: freezing and cooling. It is possible due to a lateral separation that is configured to prevent heat transfer from one closure to the other.
